Our software can deliver inbound faxes in many different ways to suit your own unique requirements. Receive faxes to individual PCs, to a designated individual, to a department or to a central printer. Direct Dial Inward (DDI) routing comes as standard with all of our starter systems and means you can keep confidential faxes away from prying eyes as faxes can be delivered directly to your email inbox, using a direct dial number. To receive fax using DDI routing customers must purchase an intelligent fax board. Zetafax supports a wide range of fax hardware, including intelligent fax boards from leading manufacturers such as Brooktrout. All of our fax software is fully flexible - so you can choose the options that work best for you.
