Part of our service excellence involves our customer success team carrying out regular calls with customers. These calls provide an opportunity for customers to ask us any questions and for us to demonstrate features they may not be aware of and generally get a better understanding of how the customer uses Zetadocs. This helps us to maximize the benefits that Zetadocs offers customers in their day-to-day operations.

We have assessed the feedback we have received from these calls and identified the three most common benefits that each Zetadocs product offers, as told by our customers. Read on to see what they are.

This blog post focuses on Zetadocs Capture (including Zetadocs AP Automation). Subsequent posts will focus on Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Expenses.

Ease of use

A consistent theme that emerged from the majority of customer calls was how simple it is to use Zetadocs Capture.

The drag-and-drop functionality allows users to attach multiple documents effortlessly, with no need for lengthy training or complex instructions. This intuitive design saves time and ensures users can focus on their tasks rather than learning how to navigate the software.

Customers often highlighted the minimal effort required when using Zetadocs Capture, noting that the software operates seamlessly in the background without unnecessary disruptions. The ability to store documents in SharePoint and retrieve them from within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ensures that important files are always within reach, further simplifying day-to-day operations.

The Zetadocs FactBox provides quick access to attached documents, helping users stay organized and efficient, or as one customer put it: “The FactBox is invaluable as you can attach documents easily to the right Business Central record."

Whether it’s managing invoices or linking documents to records, Zetadocs Capture’s user-centric approach makes processes straightforward and stress-free, which customers tell us they value. Zetadocs Capture’s time-saving features can be adopted quickly and easily by users, and result in a more streamlined and productive working environment.

Automated processes

The ability to automate processes was another benefit that many customers told us they appreciate.

By automating repetitive tasks, such as matching purchase invoices to orders and attaching related documents to Business Central records, Zetadocs Capture significantly reduces the need for manual input. For instance, the barcode feature simplifies document archiving with documents automatically linked to the appropriate Business Central record. One customer had this to say: “The barcode feature links invoices to PO’s automatically, which is a game-changer."

Various features of Zetadocs Capture can be set up to run seamlessly in the background. Customers also told us that Zetadocs Capture drastically reduces the time it takes to process invoices and manage documents.

Many customers have shared how Zetadocs Capture has significantly accelerated their workflows, with some AP Automation customers noting it has “halved the workload” compared to previous manual methods. The speed at which documents can be matched and archived, such as linking invoices to purchase orders, ensures that tasks are completed faster and with minimal effort.
