FIX: Fax relay does not work with AudioCodes 600 Gateway

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Symptom

When using Fax Relay with the Audiocodes 600 Gateway the ‘*’ and ‘#’ symbols are not processed correctly.

Cause

This was caused by a third party component which needed to be updated.

Resolution

This problem can be resolved by installing a patch which is available here.

Status

This behaviour was fixed in a patch of Zetafax.
