These calls provide an opportunity for customers to ask us any questions and for us to demonstrate features they may not be aware of and generally get a better understanding of how the customer uses Zetadocs. This helps us to maximize the benefits that Zetadocs offers customers in their day-to-day operations.

We have assessed the feedback we have received from these calls and identified the three most common benefits that each Zetadocs product offers, as told by our customers. Read on to see what they are.

Understanding Zetadocs Delivery

Zetadocs Delivery enhances the document delivery functionality on Business Central, with features including:

  • Personalized batches: Send personalized batches of documents such as invoices and statements faster than if you use the functionality offered by Business Central. Users can view all details and make edits on one preview screen – there is no need to navigate multiple screens. 
  • Automatic sending: Batches of emails can be scheduled and sent automatically, with little manual input required. Zetadocs Delivery can be programmed to, for example, email customers when their payments are due, or send a message with templated wording based on how overdue an invoice is.
  • Automatic archiving: The documents you send are stored automatically in SharePoint (which avoids bloating the Business Central database). They are easily retrievable throughout the organization, even by those without a Business Central licence, and can also be accessed via the Zetadocs FactBox in the appropriate Business Central record.
  • Customizable: Zetadocs Delivery can be customized to meet your specific business needs. For example, invoices over a certain value can be copied to the sales director, or Zetadocs Delivery can be programmed to switch the template and attachment that is automatically applied, based on what’s been invoiced.
