The Zetadocs System Rule Table

 

The Archive Folder Option determines whether of the Folder Name will be created from the variables given (Date, Company, DocType) or by a custom made variable. The values are Selection, Custom. It clarifies whether the structure of the Folder Name will be created from the variables given (Date, Company, DocType) or by a custom made variable.
