Integration with Microsoft Outlook
If you have installed the Zetafax email gateway option, you have the added convenience of being able to send faxes from your email client software, such as Microsoft Outlook. The links below will take you through how to send faxes and apply coversheets, letterheads etc on the various versions of Outlook.
Please note: The Choose from list options for the Add Coversheet and Add Letterhead features are not available to customers using Exchange Online rather than on premise. Users can though still enable these check boxes but the system default is the only option available.
