Creating a system attachment

 


 

For documents, that you wish to use regularly, and on more than one computer, they can be stored, in graphical form on the Server.  This removes the need for the server to convert your attachment with your fax job, reducing the time taken to send your fax, and removing any risk that your attachment will not render correctly.

 

To create a system attachment:

 

1.Create a document you wish to convert to an attachment in a Zetafax compatible program, for example Microsoft Word.
2.Print your file to the Zetafax Printer.

 

The Zetafax Fax Wizard - Welcome dialog will be displayed.

3.Select the Save as attachment or other system file option.

 

The Save as dialog will be displayed.

 

4.Choose the Coversheet, letterhead or attachment file option.
5.Click OK.

 

The Save As System File dialog will be displayed.

 

6.Choose Public attachment file - for use by everyone.        
7.Provide a name for your attachment, and a brief description of the file.
8.Select OK to save your attachment.

 

Your file will now be able to be attached by any Zetafax user.
