PRB: Printing to Zetadocs PDF Printer with Dynamics GP running causes problems

With Zetadocs for GP installed and Dynamics GP running on the system, after printing to the Zetadocs PDF printer, Zetadocs for GP no longer displays the delivery dialogs or sends documents to the Zetadocs Client properly.
Zetadocs for GP monitors the Zetadocs Automation Subsystem printer to determine when documents are being sent from Dynamics GP to Zetadocs. There is currently an issue where Zetadocs for GP also monitors the Zetadocs PDF printer, which causes the Zetadocs Automation Subsystem monitor to go out of sync and cease monitoring when an external application prints to the Zetadocs PDF printer.
When this issue occurs, restart Dynamics GP to reactivate the monitoring. To print from an external application to the Zetadocs PDF printer, please close the Dynamics GP Client before printing.
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
