How do I release a fax held for preview?

Release a preview fax while fax item is open

 

•Press the Release Preview Fax or Resend Fax button from the ribbon under the Zetafax group on the Message tab to bring the Release Fax dialog up

•Type in the fax number (optional)

•Select the time the fax should be sent (optional)

•Select the Priority (optional)

•Press the Send button to send the fax

 

Release a preview fax from the main items list

 

•Select the fax from the items list.

•Press the Release Preview Fax or Resend Fax button from the main toolbar to bring the Release Fax dialog up

•Type in the fax number (optional)

•Select the time the fax should be sent (optional)

•Select the Priority (optional)

•Press the Send button to send the fax
