A record of all faxes sent using Zetafax is kept in the billing log – FAX.LOG. This file is stored in the zfax\SERVER\Z-DB directory.

 

A line is added for every message sent, giving details such as the Zetafax user name, addressee name and company, the phone number, the connection time and number of pages sent.

 

The billing log file is analyzed by the Zetafax Report Writer which creates tabular and graphical forms that highlight faxing trends.
