Setting up junk message filtering
To enable junk message filtering start up the Zetafax Configuration program and navigate to 'Junk message filter' in the 'Server Settings' list.
Double clicking this will display the 'Junk message filter' options dialog. This allows you to specify what action you want to take with junk messages.
Automatically delete the message
Selecting this option deletes all junk messages.
Copy the message to the received fax archive
Selecting this option archives junk messages.
In order for this setting to work, archiving of received messages must be enabled. To do this, you must navigate to the 'Archiving of sent and received messages' in the 'Server Settings' and enable receiving of received messages. Click here for information on how to do this.
Copy the message to the 'Junk' message folder
Selecting this option allow you to specify a specific folder for storing junk messages.
On selecting this option the 'Folder to store junk messages' edit box will become enabled and you can browse to the desired folder using the browse button "…" or simply type in the full folder path.
Archive and Copy Junk Messages to 'Junk' folder
It is possible to both archive and copy a junk message to the 'Junk' folder. This allows you to keep a record of a received junk fax, whilst preventing that fax from reaching it's desired destination.
