Junk Message Filtering
The Junk message filter enables you to specify fax and SMS telephone numbers from which you do not want to distribute messages to your Zetafax users. It operates in the same way as the 'Automatic inward routing' based on a Sender ID (i.e. the senders fax or mobile number). You can choose from 4 different ways to deal with these messages. These are:
•Delete messages
•Archive messages
•Store the messages in a designated 'Junk' Folder.
•Archive and store messages in a designated 'Junk' Folder.
