How to change customer settings on the Customer Rule subform window
You can view or change the customer contact information settings and delivery settings for a customer. To do this:
Select the Zetadocs tab on the Customer Card.
Contact Information Settings
Where should Zetadocs send?
- Use Assigned Contact - This uses the contact details that were entered on the General tab on the Customer Card.
- Use this Contact - This allows you to select an alternate contact from the Company's Contact List.
- Use the following: This allows you to manually enter new contact details. Fill in the Contact Name, Email and Fax.
The information you have selected will be displayed in the Contact Information section.
Delivery Settings
How should Zetadocs send?
- Delivery Method - Allows you to choose how you want to send your documents.
Overriding rules
- Override rules for each document type - Clicking this, displays the Zetadocs Customer Rule list. To override a rule, select the required row and click Rule and Card. This displays the particular Zetadocs Customer Rule Card. If there are no overriding rules, then the Zetadocs Customer Rule list will be empty. You can add a rule by pressing F3 to display a Zetadocs Customer Rule Card.
You can now edit the criteria set for this rule for this particular customer, e.g., you can change delivery method, from Email to Fax.
