Document Rules


Zetadocs has a variety of system settings that operate on a number of levels to provide a highly configurable document management system.


Zetadocs uses a set of multi-level system rules to allow document delivery and document capture to be automated based upon the details of the recipient, the type of document being sent or the processing captured documents. To change your settings, you need to ensure you perform the change at the correct level to ensure it is only applied in the intended situations.


Zetadocs System Rules

The Zetadocs System Rules provide the ability to define:


•        how a message being sent is delivered,

•        how it is formatted and from which address the message is sent and where it is archived.

•        how a captured document is processed


Each Zetadocs Document Set can have a separate definition of these settings


Zetadocs also has Company Rules. These are the Zetadocs Customer Rules and the Zetadocs Vendor Rules which add another level of control. See Company Rules.
