By using Zetafax and the HP Digital Sender users can convert paper documents into electronic information that can be easily shared, faxed, edited, emailed, stored and printed. You can input almost any paper document into the scanner – business cards, receipts, charts, hand-written notes, conference reports, forms and more.

 

Using the intuitive front control panel, you can perform all distributing, faxing, copying and printing functions from a single location. Documents can be sent to a wide variety of destinations: public and private distribution lists, pre-configured user groups, Internet email, JetSend-enabled devices, individual users, even your own desktop.
