Tidy Up

Displays the Quick Tidy Options dialog box which gives you a convenient way of clearing old messages from your Inbox, Outbox and Sent Items windows. You can open the Quick Tidy options by selecting the Tools tab and then the Tidy-Up button.

 

Select the different categories of messages you want to delete and abort. Specify the number of days after which you want to delete and abort the specified messages by editing the days field or clicking the up-arrow and down-arrow buttons.
