Hold
Selecting the Rush button from the Messages tab, puts the message selected in the Outbox window on hold, preventing it from being sent until released.
Held messages are displayed with a held status indicator 
in the Outbox window.
If the message is being held for preview, once it is ready for preview it will be marked by this 
icon.
