Specifying a list of recipients
Once you have mapped the fields in your data to the required fax fields, the recipients will be displayed in the Recipients to import table.
Verify that the list has been imported correctly. To do this you can sort the data by clicking the corresponding column headers.
By default, all recipients in the list that have a fax number assigned are checked, and you can now manually edit the list by manually selecting/de-selecting the checkboxes on the left or by using the following buttons:
Check all – selects all recipients listed in the table.
Uncheck all – deselects all previously selected recipients in the table.
Invert – inverts the selection by de-selecting all previously selected recipients in the table and simultaneously selecting the ones that were not selected.
