The latest update to Timemaster for users with a current Software Assurance contract is now available for download:
There is now no need to collate different
documents to support the invoice you send to your clients.
Instead, Timemaster now automatically attaches any expense
receipts files stored against the expense to the invoice. This
additional documentation can then be used to support the invoice.
Your invoicing team can also add additional
supporting files necessary to further support the outbound
invoice.

Forget about spending time printing invoices,
collating supplementary documentation, and then posting your
invoices as you are now able to email them directly to your
clients from Timemaster! This feature builds on the invoice
attachments feature, as these supporting documents can also be
included within the email too.
If you have a document containing your
business terms (T&C’s) then this can be automatically added to
each invoice too!
These enhancements provide significant time
savings for your finance team when creating and processing
invoices, as well as providing a central ‘emailed’ archive of
processed invoices when you use the blind copy (BCC).

Note: This feature requires additional setup
by your IT team to configure your Timemaster server to send emails
via SMTP. Once configured, you’re ready to take advantage of this
exciting new feature!
Making it simpler for you to resource staff
and quickly modify who needs to work on a particular project has
been a focus for a number of recent releases.
This release is no different as we’ve
further enhanced the in-line grid editing Resource Planner with
the ability to Spread, Slip and Change Assignments.
Additionally, as screen real estate is
always at a premium for your resource planners, we’ve added the
ability to hide/show the Financials panel at the top of the page,
and Staff Resource Availability panel at the bottom.
