Personalize your experience
Basing your decisions on up to the minute project information is one of the key benefits of implementing a centralized system like Timemaster. Having easy access to that information on your Timemaster home page, makes it just a bit quicker to access your key information.
This release of Timemaster adds the Project Profitability, Project Targeting and Project Limit views, in addition to the existing homepage parts, so you have this information at your fingertips.
You can also add or remove any of these parts to personalise your homepage and create a dashboard more relevant to your work.
So if you only use Timemaster to record your time, it is now simple to click the new Edit Layout cog and group these parts as tabs, remove unwanted ones or reposition them to tailor your view.

Enhanced task management
Timemaster has a number of usability shortcuts to help make some of the more repetitive tasks in life a bit easier. We recently added the Copy Task function into the web client, that allows you to select and copy multiple tasks from one project to another.
We’ve now enhanced the New Task action so that you are able to quickly copy only the details you need, from one task into a new task in another project. So it’s now much simpler for you to have more control over what is copied between tasks. |

Integration with the latest version of Microsoft Project
Timemaster has, for some time, allowed project managers to integrate with Microsoft Project on a number of levels, from simply using Microsoft Project as a Gantt chart drawing tool, to using it as a full resource planning tool.
This version of Timemaster adds that same level of integration for the latest version of Project, Microsoft Project 2013, in both the 32 and 64-bit versions.
Timemaster allows task data to be exported via an XML format to Microsoft Project, manipulated therein, and imported back in XML format. Thus allowing your project managers to use Microsoft Project as their main planning and resourcing tool, if they prefer. |
