HOWTO: Change Microsoft Account for a user in Zetadocs Approvals

This technical note details the process of changing the Microsoft Account used by a new user using Zetadocs Approvals, in the case where the user may have signed up using the wrong Microsoft Account email address.
When a user receives a registration email for Zetadocs Approvals, they are required to click on a link to complete the registration process, ensuring that on the browser, they are either signed in to the Microsoft Account they wish to use for Zetadocs Approvals, or not signed in at all.
There may be circumstances where a user may mistakenly complete the registration process when signed in with the wrong Microsoft Account. In these cases, please follow the steps below to enable the correct Microsoft Account for the user:
- Disable the user account with the incorrect linked Microsoft Account through the Settings -> Users screen.
- Go to the Invite Users screen and re-invite the user.
- Ensure the user signs in and registers with the correct Microsoft Account.
Note that at the end of this process, there will be 2 copies of the same user and email address in the Users list, with one being disabled and the other enabled. This is expected.
