Feature enhancements

This release contains the following enhancements:

New export option custom properties

A new ‘Export Type’ option (called ‘Other’) is now available when configuring custom properties, which allows export of custom property values to Business Central.

This provides more flexibility to export additional information from Zetadocs Expenses to Business Central. Previously it was only possible to export custom property values that were linked to Business Central Dimensions, Projects or Tasks.

Note: A Zetadocs Expenses Plus subscription is required to use this option and the export must be defined using the Zetadocs Expenses SDK.

iOS 26 support

Zetadocs Expenses has been validated against iOS 26.

Business Central 2025 release wave 2 support

Zetadocs Expenses has been validated against Business Central 2025 release wave 2.

Quality and performance improvements

This update includes various improvements including the following:

Unable to reject individual expense without a receipt

Corrected an issue that occurred when changing the 'Require Receipts' setting to 'Required', whereby approvers were then unable to reject already in-flight expenses that did not have attached receipts, with the error 'Please correct error(s) before saving’. Changing this setting will now not impact any in-flight expenses.

Additional information

Extension for Business Central

This release is compatible with all previous versions of the Extension for Business Central. However, if you are using a previous version, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version to benefit from stability and performance improvements.

NAV Server Components

This release is compatible with previous versions of the NAV Server Components (versions 3.4.24081 and later).

Mobile apps

Installed mobile apps will be updated automatically on mobile devices where this is enabled.
