Changes in this update

Feature enhancements

This release contains the following enhancements:

Support for additional stops for mileage expenses

The mileage expense screen has been enhanced with the capability to specify additional stops on a mileage expense. This improves the process when inputting trips with multiple stops, as the whole journey can now be recorded within a single expense. Note: this feature will be enabled 5 days after the release date (on May 18, 2026)

Business Central 2026 Wave 1 support

The software has been validated against Business Central 2026 Wave 1 (version 28).

Added link to expense from journal entries

A link back to the expense created in Zetadocs Expenses has been made available for the journal line entries in Business Central. Users will now be able to navigate back to the original expense and receipt from the Links FactBox.

Support for ASCII Armor PGP format for bank feeds

The bank feed service now includes support for the ASCII Armor PGP format, used by some banks for file-level security.

Quality and performance improvements

This update includes various improvements including the following:

Numerical data on Home page show as zero after switching users

Fixed a bug where after switching users, the Home page displays all values as zero, until the page is refreshed.

Map 'Reset' option is not displayed in mileage expense screen

Resolved an intermittent issue whereby the 'Reset' option on the map (to reset the route back to the original suggested route) was not visible.

Variable name is displayed instead of a count of expenses during approval in Danish language clients

Corrected an error in the display of an expense limits warning, where a variable name was shown instead of a numerical value. This impacted Danish language clients.
