This article describes the new features and other improvements in the July 2026 update of the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central.

Release date, version and availability 

July 23, 2026 (version 3.0.26198) available for download for on-premises Business Central systems and on Microsoft Marketplace for Business Central Online systems from the release date.

Feature enhancements

The following feature enhancements are included in this release:

Minor adjustments to the Zetadocs Document Queue page

A couple of changes have been made to the menu options shown on the Zetadocs Document Queue screen, so that they are better aligned with the new batch processing capability that was recently introduced.

• The 'Process' button has been renamed to 'Process Document(s)'
• The 'Process All Linked Items' button is now only visible when the relevant 'Auto Link Documents' setting is enabled for the queue.

OnAfterArchive event added to SDK

A new event has been added to the Zetadocs SDK, which enables the retrieval of information about a document that was archived by Zetadocs (e.g. the SharePoint URL).

Quality and performance improvements 

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:

Quantity and Amount values get removed when Invoice lines are combined and the vendor is changed

Fixed an issue whereby combining invoice lines in the Zetadocs AP Automation Preview page, followed by changing the vendor, would result in the quantity and amount values being removed from the invoice line.

'Zetadocs Cloud Service could not process the request' when attempting to delete a file from a Document Queue

Fixed an issue whereby if a SharePoint URL is specified with a capital letter at the start, an error is then shown when trying to delete a document from the queue.

Known issues with released features 

Combining or matching all invoice lines using the 'Select All' button when matching lines does not work.

Business Central has a 'Select All' button on most list pages, The Zetadocs AP Automation order matching page does not currently support use of this button, users should either multi-select or individually select relevant items instead. There is currently an incompatibility between Business Central's select all functionality and the data passed back to Extensions. A technote with a workaround provides more details.
