Connecting to the Reporting Feed
Connect to the Reporting feed with these simple steps;-
Power BI (Desktop only)
| 1) | Open Power BI Desktop |
| 2) | File > Get Data > OData Feed |
| 3) | Enter the URL: https://expenses-odata.zetadocs.com/odatav4/v1 |
| 4) | The OData feed options will now be shown – click Basic |
| 5) | Enter the username** and password you use to connect to Zetadocs Expenses |
| 6) | Click Connect to establish a connection to the Reporting feed |
| 6) | Select the Expenses table |
| 7) | Click Load |

If your user has been configured with the Zetadocs Expenses analyst role the feed will return approved expenses for all users in the account; otherwise you will only see your own expenses. |
Excel 2016
| 1) | Open Excel |
| 2) | File > New |
| 3) | Data button > Get Data > From Other Data Sources > From OData feed |
| 4) | Enter the URL: https://expenses-odata.zetadocs.com/odatav4/v1 |
| 5) | The OData feed options will now be shown – click Basic |
| 6) | Enter the username** and password you use to connect to Zetadocs Expenses |
| 7) | Click Connect to establish a connection to the Reporting feed |
