FIX: Zetafax Printer is offline on Windows XP

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax 2007 SP2
Symptom
After installing the client on XP you are unable to bring the Zetafax Printer online.
Cause
The print drivers shipped with Zetafax 2007 SP2 do not work on some XP systems.
Resolution
Please download the new drivers from the ftp site and follow the installation instructions in readme.txt:
ftp://ftp.equisys.com/pub/Zetafax2007SP2/Patches/ZTN1678.zip
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
