PRB: Zetafax Printer is offline in a Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 environment

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
Symptom
After installing the client in a Citrix environment (Presentation Server 4.5) you are unable to bring the Zetafax Printer online.
Cause
The print drivers shipped with Zetafax 2007 do not support Citrix Presentation Server 4.5.
Resolution
- Please download the new drivers from the ftp site:
- You then need to replace the existing files with the ones available in the patch, ensuring that the version of all of these files is 0.3.144.0 once the replacement process is complete.
- Search for and replace all instances of the following files:
ftp://ftp.equisys.com/pub/Zetafax2007SP2/Patches/ZTN1661.zip
imgfb7mn.dll
imgfw7mn.dll
imgfx7mn.dll
imgfy7mn.dll
- Go to start> > search
- Select “all files and folders”
- Click on the “more advanced options” drop down.
- Check “search system folders” and “search hidden files and folders”
- Search for the files mentioned above
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
