Zetafax user details
Lets you enter the details of a new user or edit the details of an existing user.
Zetafax user name
The short name used to identify the user to the Zetafax programs. This name is chosen when the user is created and may not be changed subsequently.
Network login id
The ID under which this user logs in to the network. This is usually the same as the Zetafax user name .
Full name
The full name of this user as displayed by the Zetafax programs.
Member of group
The group of which the user is a member.
Routing...
Lets you add and edit routing rules for this user, displaying the Inward routing rules dialog.
Allow sending from email gateway
Specifies whether this user may send messages through the email gateway. This check box is unavailable if the Email Gateway is not enabled (under Email gateway , Server Settings folder).
Include faxes sent by Zetafax client in Outlook Zetafax Outbox
Specified whether messages sent by this user are placed in the Zetafax Outbox of the Outlook email program. This check box is unavailable if the Email Gateway is not enabled and Microsoft Exchange is not the email type (under Email gateway , Server Settings folder).
Forward received messages via email
Specifies whether received messages are to be forwarded to the user's email address. This check box is unavailable if the Email Gateway is not enabled (under Email gateway , Server Settings folder).
Email user name
Specifies this user's email address, to be used for sending and forwarding of fax messages by email. Test
Tests the user's email address by sending a test message to it.
Send time...
Lets you set the send time options for this user, displaying the User edit - send time dialog. The current settings are displayed to the right of the button.
Dial allowed...
Lets you set the dial permissions for this user, displaying the User edit - dial permissions dialog. The current settings are displayed to the right of the button.
Permissions...
Lets you specify the general permissions given to this user, displaying the User edit - permissions dialog. The current settings are displayed to the right of the button.
Printing...
Lets you specify the printing options for this user, displaying the User edit - printing dialog. The current settings are displayed to the right of the button.
Cleanup...
Lets you specify the Auto Cleanup options for this user, these values override the system wide Auto Cleanup settings for this user's Inbox and Outbox.
Reset
Resets the user's details to default values, set using the Set new Zetafax user defaults command (on the Action menu) of the Zetafax users folder (in the Users and user groups folder).
