Automatic printing of received faxes
Provides configuration options for the automatic printing of incoming messages. This dialog allows the server default automatic printing options to be modified. These settings can be overwritten for individual users in the User options - Printing dialog.
To display this dialog, double-click Automatic printing of received faxes in Server settings , or select the Print - Recd icon from the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Printer to use
Shows the main printer to use for printing received faxes which have been queued for automatic printing.
Select
Clicking this button calls the Select printers dialog which selects the printers to use for the automatic printing of received faxes.
Print fax message
Specifies whether faxes that are received are to be printed automatically.
Print status report
Check this box to print a status page, giving details of the sender.
Pages on each printed sheet
Specifies how many pages of a received fax are to be printed on sheet. The user can choose between 1, 2 or 4.
Delete fax after spooling for printing
Check this box to delete faxes after a received fax has been printed.
Border
Check this box to add a border to the pages printed.
Shadow
Check this box to add shadow to the pages printed.
OK
Save any changes that have been made to the printing options, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Cancel
Do not save changes made to the printing options, and exit the Zetafax - configuration options dialog.
Reset
Reset the printing options displayed, to their default settings. The settings are not saved until either OK is clicked or another category icon is selected from the scroll (left).
If you use the scrolling icons on the left to move to another Category , any changes made to the printing options are saved.
