Support is provided by our technical support teams in the UK and USA, and by our accredited distributors outside these regions.
Online support is available to all customers 24/7 through the Equisys Knowledge Base which contains technical tips on how to get the most from your system, guides on implementation and common fixes for known issues.
We conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to ensure we maintain high levels of support.

Zetadocs Express provides you with the core benefits of the other Zetadocs for NAV editions but is provided without charge.
As Zetadocs Express is provided as a no cost solution there are currently no support packages available for it. However Equisys will be providing support via the Microsoft Dynamics Community forum.
Equisys support teams will endeavour to respond to all unanswered posts about Zetadocs Express in English by the end of the next UK business day. Equisys will also only respond to questions or problems which we feel have not been answered satisfactorily by the community.
