Installation
Equisys offers first-class support to help its customers get the most out of their products and to ensure they meet their business needs. Services are supplied through our team of highly skilled engineers and through specially qualified Equisys Solution Partners.
Please note: the service outlined here is currently only available to UK customers. Non-UK customers requiring installation services should find their nearest supplier and discuss their requirements further with them.
Equisys Technical Support Engineers are available to install and configure systems and your choice of hardware on your premises. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Please note: installation services are provided Monday to Friday during local business hours excluding public holidays.
Training
Equisys offers first class support to help its customers get the most out of their products and to ensure they meet their business needs. Services are supplied through our team of highly skilled engineers and through specially qualified Equisys Solution Partners.
In addition to training customers on the Zetafax client/server application, Equisys Consultants are also available to help customers integrate Zetafax into their existing business applications using the optional API Toolkit, in order to automate faxing from most applications.
Equisys also offer on-site end-user training in addition to in-house technical training and on-site sales training for our channel partners. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further.

Work is charged at a standard daily rate and the full cost will depend on your specific requirements. Contact Equisys for more information.
Equisys can supply on-site training for Zetafax administrators which will typically take half a day.
Customization
Equisys products can be enhanced and customized to meet specific customer requirements.
The ability to extend the product to meet a specific need gives the customer the best of both worlds - the high functionality and low cost of using 'shrink-wrap' software for the core functionality, with the flexibility of a bespoke solution in areas vital to the customer.
