Improving customer care by handling ERP paperwork on screen

These days it is hard to offer great customer care unless you have well trained staff who have immediate access to the information they need. Paper based systems are too slow, too restrictive and too prone to human error. But there is a better way.

Document management for ERP

Zetadocs is document management software for ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Zetadocs for NAV can capture the sales and purchase documents your organization receives as paper, emails and faxes, and then link this paperwork into relevant transactions in Microsoft’s ERP system. It might be a sales order you have received by email or a proof of delivery your driver got the customer to sign; a goods received note from your warehouse or a receipt for an employee’s expenses claim. Each document can be stored in Microsoft SharePoint and associated with a record in NAV.
