PCS chooses Zetadocs for NAV to help customers save time and money in document based processes
Top Microsoft Business Partner joins Equisys partner program to add document management for Microsoft Dynamics NAV to portfolio
London, UK – 14th April 2011: Professional Computer Solutions Ltd (PCS) have become the latest UK Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner to join Equisys’ partner program, delivering cost savings and efficiency and customer service improvements to their customer base.
Zetadocs allows organizations to save time in document based processes such as invoicing, collections management and document filing. NAV reports can be delivered via email or fax either singly or in batches, and incoming documents, emails and faxes can be captured and linked to the relevant transaction in NAV automatically via a simple ‘drag and drop’ interface. What’s more, with the Capture Plus and Delivery Plus editions of Zetadocs, document delivery and returned document filing can be fully automated to further increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
