SDE moves customers closer to the utopian paperless office with Zetadocs for NAV
SDE joins Equisys partner program to bring time savings, cost reductions and service improvements to customer base
London, UK – 23rd March 2011: Equisys plc today announced that leading Belgian Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner, SDE, has signed up as an Advanced Solution Partner in Equisys’ partner program, allowing their customers to take full advantage of the Essentials and Plus editions of Zetadocs for NAV.
Integrating seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Zetadocs provides opportunities for customers to save time in document based processes such as invoicing, collections management and document filing. ERP reports such as purchase orders, invoices and statements can be emailed or faxed individually or in batches, while still personalizing content, address details and attachments. Incoming documents can be captured automatically or by a simple ‘drag and drop’ interface, allowing on screen processing, electronic archive and sharing via SharePoint. By reducing the time that these processes take, customers can reduce their costs, increase productivity and boost customer service.
“Zetadocs allows customers to drastically reduce the time that it takes to deliver, archive and retrieve documents, speeding up processes to improve service levels and profitability,” said Edward Claeys, CEO at SDE. “For example, we are already seeing great demand for the Capture Plus edition of Zetadocs to automate the return of dispatch notes, scanning the documents and using an identifier such as a barcode to automatically attach them to the right customer in NAV.
